We do not plan to sell the AIO-6 and its accessories as a bundle. To offer you more flexibility in choosing the accessories that best suit your needs, such as the camera, quick-release module, tire pressure sensors, remote control, CGRC module, and more, each accessory will be available for separate purchase. This way, you can select only the options you prefer.

Choose AIO-6 if you need:

  • A larger 6-inch display, upgraded CG OS 2, and optional camera
  • A Quick-Release Module for easy installation and removal
  • 4G connectivity for remote monitoring and GPS tracking

Choose AIO-5 if you prefer:

  • A compact 5-inch display
  • A fixed setup without 4G or quick-release features

We do not have a trade-in or recycling program for the AIO-5 device. We recommend selling your device second-hand.

Yes, AIO-6 includes all the features of AIO-5 Lite, along with new additional upgrades.

However, please note:

  • AIO-6 requires separate camera purchases to enable the dashcam function.
  • AIO-5 Lite includes two cameras by default.
  • The cameras and cables from AIO-5 Lite are not compatible with AIO-6.

The only difference between the two devices is that the AIO-6 LTE (4G) supports direct internet connection via a mobile data SIM card, enabling features like live video streaming, weather updates, SOS emergency calls, and security notifications if your motorcycle is touched.

The AIO-6 Max does not support 4G connectivity and cannot be upgraded to the LTE version.

Please note that the two models have different physical designs. We recommend watching our product video for a detailed overview of all the smart features.

Absolutely. You can buy the AIO-6 now and decide later if you want a camera. It can be added anytime.

No, unfortunately, the AIO-5 Lite camera is not compatible with AIO-6. You will need to purchase the dedicated AIO-6 camera to enable its dashcam function.

Parking Monitoring Mode consumes approximately 2.02mA. Our device features low-voltage protection, which automatically shuts off the system if your motorcycle battery drops below 12V, preventing further drain.

No, AIO-6 does not have a built-in battery. Like the AIO-5, it must be mounted and powered by the motorcycle battery. All features, including 4G, dashcam, CarPlay, and Android Auto, require the device to be connected to power.

  1. If you’re not using cameras, it can be powered via a USB power source.
  2. If you plan to add cameras, the system must be hardwired to your motorcycle’s battery to ensure proper functionality.

We have thoroughly tested the CHIGEE with both the Google Play Store and App Store, ensuring compatibility with the most popular and widely-used navigation apps. To confirm, you can check the list of the top ten tested navigation apps on this page.

CHIGEE works by mirroring mobile apps through CarPlay or Android Auto. In theory, any navigation software that supports CarPlay or Android Auto should be fully compatible with the CHIGEE.

No, CHIGEE Display does not have built-in APP. It operates by mirroring your phone’s content to CHIGEE Display using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, primarily through CarPlay / Android Auto / HiCar. In theory, if your phone’s APP supports CarPlay / Android Auto / HiCar, you can use that app on device.Please note, for safety reasons and in compliance with regulations for motorcycle use of CarPlay and Android Auto, video software is not allowed for mirroring. You cannot use video apps like YouTube or Netflix on CHIGEE Display.

Quick-release module

The BMW Quick-Release Base is designed for motorcycles equipped with BMW’s Nav Prep 5/6. It connects directly to Nav Prep and is powered by your BMW’s electrical system.

If your BMW is compatible with the BMW Quick-Release Module, please refer to the compatibility chart to check if your model supports Wonder Wheel control and data reading. The chart also notes which models require the additional CGRC module to enable Wonder Wheel control.

Is BMW Quick-Release Module compatible with my BMW?

Due to the larger 6-inch display, the current BMW Quick-Release Module is not compatible with BMW K1600/2010-2017 1200RT/2020 1250RT models, as it doesn’t fit the available space.
If you own a K or RT model, please do not purchase the currently available BMW Quick-Release Module.

In response, we’re working on a dedicated Quick-Release Module specifically designed for K/RT models that will integrate directly with the BMW navigation cradle.

In the meantime, you can still install and use the AIO-6 with the standard mount included in the box — a reliable temporary solution while the new module is in development.

Yes! Whether you choose the CG quick-release module or the BMW quick-release module, you can still purchase a camera. We will gradually release installation tutorial videos in the future.

Motorcycle handlebar designs vary, so you’ll need a suitable mounting space for the CG Quick-Release Module.

We will provide installation guides and diagrams soon. Please refer to them for details and check your motorcycle’s compatibility before purchasing.

For most motorcycles, you can achieve quick switching between two bikes by purchasing the CG Quick-Release Module + CG Quick-Release Kit.

For BMW and certain other brands, you will need to remove your BMW Nav Prep and install the CG Quick-Release Module + CG Quick-Release Kit on both motorcycles.

Additionally, for BMW models, you can purchase the CGRC LIN module separately to enable data reading and Wonder Wheel control. Alternatively, you can purchase the CGRC CAN module to enable Wonder Wheel control.

We understand that if the device is too easy to remove, there is a risk of theft when you leave your motorcycle unattended. You can enhance security by using the optional Anti-theft Lock designed by CHIGEE, which prevents easy removal.

No, using the BMW Quick-Release Module will not affect your ability to securely lock the AIO-6 in the BMW navigation cradle.

Sorry, the quick-release module is only compatible with the AIO-6. It doesn’t work with other models.

AIO-6 LTE 4G FAQs

A SIM card is included for the listed countries/regions below. Each card comes preloaded with 2GB of data, valid for 180 days from the device activation date. When using a CHIGEE-provided SIM card, no service fee is required.

Alternatively, you can use your own local SIM card. However, 4G service fee will apply after the first 6 months. If you choose not to pay the service fee, 4G functionality will be disabled, but all other non-4G features will remain available.

While inserting your own SIM card gives the device access to mobile data, key 4G features require more than just a data connection. They depend on CHIGEE’s cloud infrastructure for fast, stable, and secure performance.

The cloud service fee supports:

1. CDN Acceleration: To ensure low-latency, stable data transmission worldwide—especially useful for live tracking, video preview, and app syncing.
2. Cloud Forwarding & Server Maintenance: Your data is securely processed and relayed in real-time via our dedicated cloud infrastructure. This reduces delays and enhances connection reliability, regardless of your mobile provider.
3. Core 4G features such as: Real-time GPS tracking, Remote camera access and video previews, Two-way data communication between the app and device, Cloud syncing of riding records, incidents.
If you choose not to pay the service fee, 4G functionality will be disabled, but all other non-4G features will remain available.

If this fee isn’t right for you, we recommend the AIO-6 Max, which does not include 4G functionality and does not require this service fee.

If you use the SIM card provided by CHIGEE, no 4G service fee will be charged.

The AIO-6 requires an IoT (Internet of Things) SIM card to connect to the internet. You’ll need to purchase a data plan to access 4G mobile data services.

Yes, the device can be removed and taken with you, or it can stay mounted on the motorcycle.

  • If left on the motorcycle, it will send alerts when unusual activity is detected. You can then remotely access the dashcam via your smartphone to check the surroundings in real time.
  • If removed, the device will no longer be connected to the motorcycle, meaning it won’t be able to monitor or send alerts.
  • Without a SIM card, the device cannot monitor the motorcycle remotely or send notifications.

If you want to quickly detach the device, you will need to purchase an additional quick-release mount.

Yes, you can track and confirm location in real time through the CHIGEE GO app.

The SOS function operates automatically. If an accident occurs, the main unit will display a 1-minute countdown. If the user does not manually cancel it within that time, the system automatically sends an emergency alert to the preset contacts.

You can still use the dashcam, BSD function, and GPS recording. However, 4G-dependent features such as real-time location tracking, remote control functions, and the SOS emergency feature will not be available.

No, AIO-6 Max does not have a SIM card slot and cannot be modified to support one. Its physical design differs from other models, making it incompatible with SIM card insertion. If you need 4G functionality, please choose AIO-6 LTE model that supports a SIM card.

The SIM card slot and storage card slot are located on the right side of the device, secured with a waterproof rubber seal and anti-theft screws at both ends. You will need the special screwdriver included in the package to open it.

However, in extreme cases of theft or vandalism, we cannot guarantee complete protection.
